School Opening Hours
At St Mark’s Primary School the compulsory school day begins with registration at 8.55am and ends at 3.20pm when children go home with children having 55 minutes for lunchtime.
In line with the DFE recommendations children are learning for 32 hours and 30 minutes a week.
This does not include any extra curricular activities that a pupil may choose to participate in.

FT nursery 8.40am – 3.20pm
Reception

Key Stage 1

Soft Start
At St Mark’s we offer a soft start to the school day, this means that children can come into the class from 8.40am to settle and prepare for the school day.
