What to do if you have a concern

There are occasions when parents, carers or those associated with the school, need to share a concern. We always want to work to resolve any issues that may occur and encourage parents to communicate with the school as soon as possible about any concerns they have. The staff at St Mark’s are always ready to discuss or meet face to face in order to come to a resolution. Please call or email the school before reverting to the formal complaints procedure
