Report an Absence

Ealing Local Education Authority aims for all pupils to attend at least 95% of the school year.

If your child is ill, or will be late for particular reasons, please either notify us using the School Comms App or phone the school immediately to let us know.

On your return to school please send a note, as we have to record all reasons for absence. Parents of children who are persistently late or frequently absent will be contacted by the headteacher.

 

If you wish your child to be absent from the school for a particular reason, other than illness, this must be authorised by the headteacher. Forms to request absence are available here or from the office. All absence is monitored on our computer system and the School Attendance Officer makes regular visits to check on those who fall below 90%.
